Make sure you take date stamped pictures of your unit before renting. My unit was rented with a prior paint stain and used as a reason to not give me my security deposit. Also you are not allowed to cancel your unit until the next rental date. They do not give credit for an empty unit even when you are moved out.
Quite and on a back street. All except for about 5 units are completely fenced in. Code is required for the gate and is accessible 7am to 7pm.
It was all good.
