It was easy to clean and outside was spacious.
I was here about 4 years. They went through 4 managers and now are going digital so I don’t think they will have anyone in the office, but never really did. I don’t have any complaints, they were always professional. The units actually are very dusty, because the roll up doors have large gap at the top. Also they never put 10 mil plastic under the concrete when they were built because moisture comes up through the concrete and that will bring alkali also , so it damages anything in contact with the concrete. Moved to Oroville from the Central Coast. Had no experience with storage units. Nicole at Best self storage was awesome! Made our lives a little easier..It really is the “Best “ self storage.
Best Self Storage of Oroville is the only storage facility that I recommend. 3 yrs of using there company I have Never once had a problem with billing, rodents or theft. Well lit and secure, staffed by the best people. I highly recommend.
I have had my things in storage here for 6 years and not once had a problem. It’s always clean, no pests or rodents and the office is always more than helpful.
