This time around I gave them a 5 star. After waiting for 1 year I got a hold them to see what the deal was. Dan explained what had happened. So we cancelled that order and made a new one. I received the order within a week. Product wise, I love it.
The company took our money and we were told that it would be delivered in 2-3 weeks - we are at about 4 months now. No rubber mulch to date - first few calls we got excuses, now phone calls and messages are not even returned. It appears to be a scam - avoid this company, if it even is a company at this point.
We had a great experience with Best Rubber Mulch. Dan’s communication was excellent from start to finish. He kept us updated and made the process smooth and stress-free. The order arrived on time. I truly appreciate the professionalism and reliability. We’ll definitely be using Best Rubber Mulch again!
