They took 2k from me immediately, said I would get my product within 10 days, gave me hope for two months, and now it's been weeks after cancellation without reimbursement. I have filed for dispute and a complaint with the FTC. Beware!

Company is extremely unresponsive, doesn't have a clue on delivery timeframes. Avoid at all cost.

They cashed our check, but six months later and we still have not gotten our Mulch and have refused to respond. They have an F from the Better Business Bureau, shame on me for not checking first. Looks like small claims court is the recourse. Avoid this company at all costs!!!

Check Facebook reviews. They take your money and don't send the product. Maybe family and friends get it, but definitely not the church ripped off for $3k or me ripped for $1800. So many others. I wish I had have seen the FB first.

Ordered 2000 lbs on May 15. It still hasn't arrived, every time I talk to Dan he says it's The busy season, but that it wasn't when I ordered it. I asked if there was any way to move up the priority and I was told, "No." Edit: I took about 8 weeks from the day I ordered to the day I got it It's sad because I have a playground area that I built for my granddaughter, and she can't use it as much as we would like.
