Unfortunately I was not able to use their services because they did not respond to a message sent via their web site. Two days later I left a voice mail, and now after a week, still no response. I hope the quality and timeliness of their service, when they are willing to respond to a service request, is better than their communication priorities.

Non-responsive, unfair and unprofessional. Do not recommend using this company. They came out and supposedly cleared out our clogged sewer pipes, charging $1,400 to do so. Less than two weeks later, another company had to come out and unclog it. They noted that it had not been done thoroughly the first time. When I called Best Rooter to ask for at least a partial refund, I got no response. 8 phone calls later and still the owner has never returned my call. No accountability. We will never use this company again.
