Dan was easy to work with and did the work quickly and efficiently. After our poorly installed water heater failed, Dan got us set up properly. He even advocated for us with a separate contractor (repairing water damage in same area) to make sure that he could mount the tank flush and give us some extra space. I can't recommend Dan and Best Rooter enough, they are our top choice for any plumbing needs.
Dan was professional and incredibly thorough when replacing a leaking water heater. I appreciated how he walked us through our options and updated us along the way. Couldn't recommend enough!
Unfortunately I was not able to use their services because they did not respond to a message sent via their web site. Two days later I left a voice mail, and now after a week, still no response. I hope the quality and timeliness of their service, when they are willing to respond to a service request, is better than their communication priorities.
Fast, friendly and will "flush" out the problem.
