My house is near 122nd & Lamar, Overland Park. BestRoofingKC did my new roof. Owner/contractor Francisco Fuentes and his team exceeded my expectations and did a great job. I didn't know anything about shingles or roofing but I am confident that I made good choices. Both Francisco and I collaborated with each other over the internet working with AI to select the best shingles for the price. He represented me to the insurance company, presenting evidence of more damage which successfully increased our settlement. He helped han... read more
Our experience with Best Roofing KC was exceptional. Christian was very helpful through the whole process as was Francisco. Our neighborhood sustained hail damage recently and Best Roofing KC was quick to respond. They were there during the insurance assessment and have helped us navigate for the best possible settlement. The installation went very well and they cleaned up afterward to the point that you would never know work was done. I would recommend this company to anyone who has roofing needs.
Francisco Fuentes and his team exceeded my expectations. He did a free inspection of my roof over a year ago, so after the hail storm I called him back to assess the damage. Even though I know nothing about roofing, Francisco made the entire process completely stress-free. He is incredibly responsive, patient, and easy to communicate with, which gave my wife and me total peace of mind. He helped handle the claim process down to the final invoicing paperwork directly with Allstate to get our depreciation funds released quickl... read more
We had a great experience with Best Roofing Kansas City! Their work was quick and efficient, and they were very attentive throughout the whole process. They did a great job cleaning up afterward and made sure all the nails and loose materials were picked up. Francisco, Ysrael and the crew are genuinely kind, respectful, and great people to work with. They also worked well with our insurance company, which made the whole process much easier. We’re very happy with the work and would definitely recommend them!
Francisco did a great job getting things done and working with our insurance. We’ve used their services a few times and have always been taken care of. We would t use anyone else!
