They had two faces, a cold face after receiving the deposit and a smiling face before that. Julian said his boss would start my project the following week but never showed up, Lisa left a message saying they were waiting for materials but didn't know the delivery date. Neither one is answering my calls and the manager of this company always seems to be away. I will continue to update.
Called to get an estimate on a roof/attic problem, they told me they do not do inspections at this time, what roofing company does not do inspections?
If this is the company that came to inspect my roof for a leak that has already been located and Mitigated, upon arriving he didn't introduce himself and he also wouldn't even look at my roof and said he cannot make any repairs, he can only replace the whole roof. That's absolutely absurd. It's an 7 year old asphalt composite shingle roof and the damaged area is only 18in by 4ft. Just a piece of sagging roof deck. He refused to check out or look at my photos. Very happy with the work. They replaced the roof as promised on time and subsequent followup was very good. would gladly use again for my other properties.
The company was quick and very responsive! They were professional and did an excellent job.
