After scheduling a few roofers to give me estimates, I ended up choosing to work with Best Roofing Company because they had the best price, but also because Sean did an excellent job of doing a thorough inspection of the roof and talked me through all of the options. Plus he was personable. While there were a few different teams, one to handle my roof and another to do my gutters, I appreciated having someone like Johnny working onsite. I had three other roofers give me estimates and none of them told me I needed to replace any of my my boards to my garage roof, which surprised me. Sean with Best Roofing noticed the particle boards were wet with mold and a couple had mushrooms! Sean recommended I replace all boards with plywood and my boyfriend and I agreed.
