Horrible! They lied to FEMA by telling them Helene did not mess up our roof, which was the BIGGEST lie. They have caused us all kinds of problems when we watched as the winds ripped our shingles off our house and blew our 10x20 building over the mountain. I would never trust these people. He was so nice at first but really messed us over.

The communication breakdown was sad. They came out 5 times after the job was done because they did not communicate clean up or a problem on the inside of the house in the ceiling. The first 2 guys did not make sure it was done. Todd did. He came out made it right. We would use them again but I would ask for Todd.

If I could give 100 stars, I would. I was unsure about the entire process of having my deck built, especially by a company I had never worked with before. However, after being referred to them by a friend, I was optimistic. My optimism quickly turned into elation as the project was underway and I could quickly tell the crew's work ethics and quality of their work. We had Todd, Dusty and crew from Bdm Construction and Best Roofing change the siding and roof on our garage that we use for our business! They also changed the metal around the garage doors on our house! I can't say enough about these guys! They were great from start to finish and answered any questions we had! We love it and will definitely be using them for any future projects we have!
