I would like to talk to the manager or the owner for that fact. Booked a room threw expedia we cancelled. They still charged the room to my credit card because their house keeping made a mistake and told front desk that there was a man in that room. Which there turned out to not be .Now my account is over drawn. If we would have used the room we would have paid in cash the card was for their security. Been trying to resolve this 5 days now. I think this is the most horrible place we have ever stayed.. Staff are rude. Our room did not have a coffee maker but there was coffee packages if some sort but for what we didn't know. Bathroom sink was broken and no one helped us with that. The refrigerator didn't cool anything. Breakfast was a joke. Instant oatmenl, orange drink instead of orange juice, old bananas, very poor coffee, like water...and I could go on and on. Go to Decorah to stay in better accommodations. The drive would be very well worth your time.
The staff is so very rude, especially that Cynthia person, just the rude! I am not used to the crummy places in this area, but my friend had business and I had to be his companion. I never thought that such rude people would be working there! I will never go there again, and for sure please think again before you deal with this staff.
