I’ve been living in this complex since 2019 — over six years now. The kitchen floor has been in terrible condition since after the first year, and it’s only gotten worse every year. Overall a good experience with them. I’ve been renting at Gilllane Apartments through Best Rent NJ for a while now, and I’m really happy with my experience. The leasing process was smooth, with clear communication from start to finish. Although it’s an older community, the apartments are well-maintained, and the staff takes great care of the property. Rude guy on the phone. Said he didn’t have WiFi, so his brain shut off. Refused to answer my questions. This location should shut down permanently because they do not like to service the consumer in person. This is like the 5th time they’ll steer one away. Lazy people.

applied for an apartment at Renaissance Manor, provided all the necessary documents, and was met with nothing but a frustrating runaround. Despite submitting multiple forms of identification and proof of income, they refused to process my application because I couldn’t provide a hard copy of my Social Security card—even after explaining that I had to order a new one and it wouldn’t arrive in time for my move. Best rent NJ company managing Rivendell Way, Edison NJ 08817, they don't care about tenant once the apartment is rented out....I'm staying at Rivendell Way, apartment leased at premium charges but the condition in the community is very pathetic, management does not care at all, cleanliness, hygine not maintained.
