Our cars keep getting hit and I asked them to put cameras on or I asked them I can put mine on but they won’t listen and this is the 3rd time I got hit and run.
Update - April 2026.. Stay away from Hilltop Estates! I dealt with a persistent mouse infestation that management never solved, which is a health hazard. Now that I’ve moved out, they are trying to charge me $600 for a few small red dots on the carpet, clearly normal wear and tear. I had a very disappointing experience with the property management team at BestRent NJ. The staff do not communicate properly with customers and were extremely rude during my interactions. They did not seem to have proper knowledge about the process and were unable to answer basic questions clearly. The service was very unprofessional and frustrating.
