I had the displeasure of renting a property managed by this company and was put through hell for 2 years. I never made a late payment and always communicated when things needed to be fixed. They never fixed anything unless I threatened to withhold rent. Trent harassed me the entire duration of living there, and even threatened to file an eviction because he wanted me to move out so the owners could move in, without compensating me for my loss (in the middle of Covid restrictions). There is hardly any communication, they don’t even say if you got denied or approved . House I applied for was supposedly rented but was back on the market the next week . Terrible service overall
