I highly advise against using Eminent Realty Services as a landlord or property management company. If I could give them 0 stars I would. My lease ended on November 28, and according to California law, I was supposed to receive my deposit back within 21 days. It is now January 23, and I just received my deposit. Throughout this process, their communication has been poor, and they have completely ignored the law.
