Very happy with the decking work! The attention to detail was excellent. The communication was also great and everyone I talked with knew their stuff and pointed out what they were doing and why, which is really assuring. Mike laid out the work and Rocky and crew TCB and were also very accommodating as items needing attention were uncovered during the job. I will hire again for the next job!
I notices several pieces of trim on our two-story house showing dry-rot. My painter, David Aguirre, referred BRR Contractors to repair the trim. Mike Spencer of BRR Contractors was very responsive with an estimate. Within 10 days the carpenters, Rocky and Ernie showed up and finished the work in two days. They were safe and efficient. I would highly recommend them for wood repairs. BRR Contractors exceeded my expectations .
Revised - disappointed found wood siding 3 inches short, damaged vinyl window, block garden wall, paint and caulking on concrete, aluminum security door frame damaged too.
