There client wrecked into my sons car. And KEMPER the policy write refuses to make any attempt to Contact and make Repairs. Insurance Commissioner and BBB will be notified. And hopefully they will be put out of business. All they seem Concerned about is taking money and not being a REPUTABLE COMPANY!
What a scam this place is. Raina montoya and fred soto are the biggest joke in the insurance industry. No customer service. Everytime you try and get ahold of either of them you are made wait for multiple days at a time. Run far far away from fred soto and raina Montoya. They dont care about service they only care about being on vacation and not answering thier phone. Find a reputable company. This isnt it

Shout out to Lucinda thank you for always going the extra mile for me. After a neighboring apartment caught fire last week I called her and told her I did not care how much it would cost but that I NEEDED renters insurance ASAP! And once again she delivered above and beyond expectations! Within a couple hours she was calling me to give me details of the policy! Couldn't ask for a better person to work with! 😀
