Max is incredibly kind and very knowledgeable. The kindness and helpfulness he has shown my family brings his business well beyond just an auto shop. Car troubles are a stressful thing to deal with but Max made us relax and feel secure in knowing it would get taken care of. Its good to see someone who truly cares and wants the best for all of his customers!!
this shop is awesome! the people here are amazing and do really good work. I highly recommend going to them. they’ve helped us out in more ways than one. they’re affordable and professional. one of my favorite mechanic shops!
The guys at Best Rate Auto are outstanding. I was in town camping, and the A/C on our truck started acting up. I normally wouldn't have worried about it, but we had our special needs daughter and dog with us. Neither does well in the heat. These guys fit us in and found our system had previously been overcharged. They tested for leaks and properly charged the system. Turns out, this was only one of the problems we were having. I needed a new water pump for my truck. Max answered the phone, was courteous, kind and professional. He fit me into his busy schedule the same day because I needed my truck. Max was very nice, his staff is awesome and he really helped me out. I highly recommend Best Rate Auto.
