The guys at Best Rate Auto are outstanding. I was in town camping, and the A/C on our truck started acting up. I normally wouldn't have worried about it, but we had our special needs daughter and dog with us. Neither does well in the heat. I needed a new water pump for my truck. Max answered the phone, was courteous, kind and professional. He fit me into his busy schedule the same day because I needed my truck. Max was very nice, his staff is awesome and he really helped me out. I highly recommend Best Rate Auto.
We were just leaving Pagosa Springs after a week-long stay and the car overheated. Called a couple places. And Best Rate Auto saved the day! Got us in, had a comfortable place for us to wait, and only took a few hours to replace our thermostat and radiator cap. Very reasonable price, too. Thank you Best Rate Auto! You are our heroes!
6 stars - easy to deal with, quality work. You’ll search long and hard to find a finer group of individuals than Max and his crew. Highly recommended.
All I can say is that hands down this is one of the best experiences I've ever had with a shop. Got Max's number off of a friend of mine that heard I was having issues getting into another shop around town. Called up Max he said bring her By, I'll take a look at her, other shops had said it would probably be a little over a week to be able to get my car back max had me going the next day within 24 hours of drop off.
