If you are considering this company to do any work for you please keep looking. There are plenty of other companies out there that will actually do a quality job. First off lets start with when they came to take a look at the job. Guy shows up and asks me for a tape measure to measure everything and a pencil to write stuff down. The best but that $100 service call for everytime you call I don’t think it’s fair
Our AC stopped working on the worst day (on a Saturday). It never fails when something crucial in the house breaks over the weekend. I called Best Quality first thing Monday morning. Mac and his crew came out and installed our new AC unit the same day. To say the least, I was very impressed with Best Quality's expedient delivery of service and professionalism. Awesome job guys! My wife and I are happy customers!
