We’ve had the privilege of working with Angel, from Best Properties this week. Angel is amazing. She returned phone calls promptly, arranged tours, and was incredibly kind and respectful. If I could rate this company with 10 stars, I definitely would. In a world of non existent customer service, Angel and Best Properties prove that clients do matter, and customer service is their number one priority. Worst experience ever, the employs are not professional, let alone the employees the manager is not professional. They are not good at taking responsibility and never on time. They suck at communication and comprehension. I would recommend you going with someone else if you want to save your time and energy.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst experience from any property management team. Starla and her team including the manager Brendon are terrible. They constantly make mistakes, show up late to walk throughs and don't do a proper walk through. Try to add on extra charges outside of the walk through and don't give you time to fix it. When they are in the wrong, they get defensive and start arguing. I wouldn't advise anyone to list the property for rent with them or rent a house through them. Save yourself the headache.
