Horrible!!! We were approved for a home and then totally ghosted. After a week of trying to reach the agent we called the main office and they simply said they had moved forward with a different tenant. WHAT?! We were approved and sent the approval letter for the property and everything with zero followup. They are either incompetent or willfully malicious. Either is unacceptable. We switched to Best Property Management, Inc. about a year ago, and Starla made the transition process smooth and stress-free. She continues to manage our properties and is a wonderful property manager to work with. Despite our frequent travel across time zones, Starla is always willing to take our calls after hours. She is responsive and knowledgeable. We highly recommend Best Property Management and Starla.
Good company doing a great job. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Starla who is attentive to details and responds quickly to any problems we have at the property. Starla also does a great job of keeping after the contractor’s to make the job is done. Keep up the good work!
