Renting through Hal was easy. Anytime something needed fixed, he would be on it right away. Communicating is immediate with fast results. No complaints here! Great company!
We had a great experience with Hal and Dave. Whenever there were issues to deal with, they had them done quickly. They were always available by text or phone and I found dealing with both of them quite easy. We would rent from them again. Della & Richard
Worst property management company in Palm Springs. Hal is rude, condescending and harassing as a property manager, not to mention unhelpful during anytime there's an issue with the property. I'd find yourself a better property manager than this guy. Stay away.
This property manager just evicted my neighbor without reason simply because they are trying to rent the property for more money. I'd stay away from this property manager as a landlord as he's not honest and for tennants, you'll be swindled and evicted without reason.
I have worked with Hal Castle at Best Property Management to rent out my condo unit in South Palm Springs and it has worked out great Hal is very knowledgeable about all aspects of property management from structural engineering to city and/or HOA requirements for minimum stays, etc. This is very important in Palm Springs.
