Ray Sarmiento was a pleasure to work with. He sent me the estimate, explained the process and informed me that the company is licensed, has insurance for his employees and the job comes with warranty. I paid the deposit, and he obtained the permit and asked me to get HOA approval since I live in a community. He kept me up to date during the entire process with detailed instructions.
