SLOPPIEST WORK I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!!! MUST READ!!! Shed rebuild 100% exterior 12×16×12 foot high has a 4 foot loft. New roof, drip edge, smart panel siding, doors and hardware. New MAINTENANCE FREE TRIM, SOFFITS, AND FASCIA this was the most important part MAINTENANCE FREE!!!!! We discussed this several times before he wrote up the contract but it was not stated in the contract. So then he wanted to charge me extra at the end. Bill and his crew recently reroofed our house. They did a great job. Bill is respectful and very good at what he does. He does not over charge and makes sure the job is done right. I would highly recommend him for repair needs.
