very very poor customer service. despite repeated calls the lynbrook office has not bothered to call back with a quote. waiting time for quotes too long. it seems that they are not interested in doing business.
Site shows quote for freight to the address. They accept order, then ring to say that freight will be more. Dodgy as.
Poor customer service. I had to wait 3 days for an air conditioner to be located in their warehouse. No return call as I had to call them back each day. On the third day I called and was spoken to poorly by a customer service person and informed it will take another day or more to locate the air conditioner or as long as it takes. I try to support local small business rather than large companies like the Good Guys and this is the service I receive. Unacceptable, avoid this business at all costs, huge waste of time.
