We had expert advice from Lorena and owner Javier when we needed to learn about different flooring and on the buying process. When we had it delivered it was Adrian that saved this review from going a different direction for there was a mis-understanding on if it were to be brought into the house or curb side. We did pay a delivery charge. Adrian was a sensitive and a kind man, he helped my 70 year old husband bring 2 pallets, 120 boxes total, @ 65lbs. per box, into the house, for our furniture took up our garage space.
