I couldn't have had a better experience buying flooring. I went in there not knowing anything about anything and after 2 trips I left with the Luxury Vinyl Flooring and Tile that was perfect for me. The prices were great but more importantly, the customer service was phenomenal. Yasmin and Javier took care of me and guided me through the entire process. Ask for them when you stop by! These people really have your best interests in mind.
Last week, I spent nearly $2,000 at your store on flooring and baseboards. The next day, I returned to purchase eight pieces of quarter round, and a young employee charged me $24.99 per piece. A few days later, I came back again to buy the same quarter round, but a different employee only charged me $19.99 per piece. It is the exact same product, yet there was a $5 difference per piece. Javel provided excellent customer service and made us feel right at home. Yasmin in the front office was also very kind and helpful. We would definitely recommend this place and will continue to use them as our go-to spot for future projects!
We used Best Price Flooring to remove and install new office carpet in several offices and conference rooms in our building. They did an amazing job. They were able to move the office furniture and two large conference tables and set everything back in place. Their team was amazing. Very professional and finished ahead of schedule. I highly recommend them to anyone.
