We hired them to replace our Driveway and sidewalk .they did a wonderful job.I understand fran had some dissatisfied customers in the past somehow but I must say he overcomed whatever he was going through and has really showed 100% plus in his performance.I believe that he takes much pride in his work not to mention his customers.I give him a 10 Thank you again.Andrew ******

watch out for "" franny john veltre ,"" best price concrete, gave him a deposit check to hold only, for a van on facebook marketplace, he cashed the check, didnt meet me at the bank next morning, ant seen him since franny john ripoff ...............

DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR. He requires you to pay a deposit but, never shows up to do the work until the police are called and he's getting ready to go to jail. He owes THOUSANDS of dollars to people he has scammed. He uses pictures of other contractors work and claims they are his. This was the worst mistake of my life to hire him. He should be jailed for life for his scams.

This guy is not worth hiring! Shows up when he feels like it and constantly comes up with stories as to why he cannot come. He gets his money and bolts! Do Not Hire for Anything.his crew are compiled of some para professionals...some not. Not Professional in any way after the 1st day!

DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR. We contracted Francis Veltre, 820 cobble creek curve, newark,de., to build a level brick wall around a flower bed. We gave him a deposit that he said was going towards buying the bricks,etc. Mr. Veltre built a wall that consisted of bricks laying on top of one another and not mortered. The bricks followed the contour of the land and were not level. On top of that , he use old bricks that he found in my back yard. He kept promising to come back and build us a proper wall but never came back.

I hired them to replace my driveway and patio.they did a beautiful stamp concrete job not to mention at a fair honest price.it looks awesome,thats again CRAIG.DAWSON

Worst contractor I have ever met. Showed photos of work that was not his that he found on Google to sell me the job. Never presented a contract to sign (my fault for not perusing). Job was to resurface concrete around my pool and replace a few area of pavers. Pavers are the WRONG color and a job that should have taken 3 days, took six weeks. Resurfaced areas do not match in color and ruined my pool coping and sloppy job. Do not use this contractor!
