We used this service for a while and their work was okay. They had canceled our cleaning at the last minute several times in the past few months, until finally they said they didn't have the staff to do our (twice-monthly) cleaning anymore. Not sure if they're going out of business or what, but my experience is that this is a very unreliable company to work with.
I submitted a request for cleaning services, received a confirmation for the appointment. (The appointment had been scheduled for several weeks out). In spite of receiving several reminder emails in advance of the appointment, the company was a no-call, no-show. When I attempted to call on the day of the appointment each of my calls were sent to voicemail.
