Finally a business with integrity. They admitted driving dangerously and apologized for it rather than making excuses. Although I am not in need of a pool, I would stand behind their product because it takes strength and courage to admit wrongdoing even if you don't think you were wrong. We are 100% happy with our Best Pool, from the design that is a perfect fit for our property and lifestyle, the excellent workmanship at every phase of installation, to the great office staff that kept us informed about the scheduling of each phase and answered all our questions. It has been grueling and awkward trying to get a quote from this company. The person answering the phones at the desk is rude and unorganized. The construction contact is unprofessional on texting. They also make you visit them for at their facility when all other companies in Brevard come to your house to speak with you and look at your space. It also taken months to get this far with them. No way would I use them when there are plenty of other companies that treat you like a customer in a professional and kind manner.
Their customer service is terrible. 3-4 weeks before getting a response to questions or concerns. Would not recommend.
