Swimming Pools/ Spa's and supplies I have used this company for several years. We have purchased pool supplies and pool covers from them. They truly understand the product that they are selling and never try to sell you something you do not need. I have found them to be very helpful in knowing what product best fits my pool. The first year we had the pool and had to close it up for the winter they were very helpful and made the process very easy. I would recommend them to anyone with a pool or spa.
There was supposed to be a pool cover that came with the pool for closing as it did with the first pool I bought from here. This time I called for the cover and they said it was not in the contract then the lady said “why would we give you a cover for the pool”! Well, how about it’s standard equipment for closing. Not helpful at all and very disappointed. This was my second and last pool from them....

RecommendedA huge shout out to Angela! We popped in with multiple questions about hopefully getting a pool, and she took her time answering everything we could think of...explaining the different systems, sizes, prices, etc. Even outside, in the afternoon heat, wearing a mask, she was patient, kind, and very friendly. Thank you so much for all your hard work!
I walked in the store yesterday due to a brand new pool pump Not working. Chris and the crew were able to fix my problem. Im a single female home owner and they were Very generous in helping me. I am now a loyal customer and will return for ALL my pool needs ❣❣
Brian was AWESOME!!! As new pool owners, we had no clue how to take care of our pool, he came out today, cleaned and showed us how to assemble the filter and pump. Set up our pool vac and gave us some great advice on chemicals to use to make our pool clear and beautiful!!!! He was not pushy, and answered all of our many questions with patience and consideration. We look forward to working with them in the future. Thanks again Brian!

These guys are amazing!! I brought a sample in and three days later after following the recommendations the pool is perfect PH, Clear, and ready to go!!!!
Had a very good experience with Best Pools. They even put in a larger liner then the pool was and two seasons later they are coming to put in a free liner that we pick out and are going to install a Rhino Liner in so that the bottom of the pool is smoother and no roots can come through, etc. I expected that Best Pools is an "Above Ground Pool" company. Asking if they will install the liner in an Above Ground Pool is a weird question to ask.
