I had used these people before and thought they were good. No more. They installed a water heater in my rental yesterday. I only saw an amount, not a breakdown, before agreeing. The plumber told me it was a Rheem, it was not and it was not detailed on the invoice I received AFTER giving them my card. My card (atm) did not go through twice while I was standing there at 4:30 yesterday afternoon and this morning when it wouldn't go through they texted me. I had no idea why it wouldn't go through. I had a kitchen filled with water and debris from a back up in the pipes. Patrick and Jose came to the rescue and snaked the line and was able to clear the clog! They both worked very hard. They were very respectful and helpful in explaining what they felt had happened. I really appreciated the professionalism and kindness of both of them! Thank you Best Plumbing and especially Patrick and Jose!
Asked Best to come out for an estimate. They never told me it would be invoiced, and it was the only plumber out of the four I called that charged for an invoice. Since then I've been inundated with requests for payment, and now a threat to lien the property. Note: this was ultimately resolved and they waived the invoice, but the communication from the collections department felt very escalatory, including CC'ing the CEO of our property manager.
Caleb was courteous, explained things throughly, pleasant, and finished the work quickly, I would highly recommend him.
