Asked Best to come out for an estimate. They never told me it would be invoiced, and it was the only plumber out of the four I called that charged for an invoice. Since then I've been inundated with requests for payment, and now a threat to lien the property. Note: this was ultimately resolved and they waived the invoice, but the communication from the collections department felt very escalatory, including CC'ing the CEO of our property manager.
Caleb was courteous, explained things throughly, pleasant, and finished the work quickly, I would highly recommend him.
