Yes, it's great you only have rescue dogs for adoption. The state of your small animal habitats, however, is deplorable. The habitats were infested with flies. Which come from the dirty conditions. Too many guinea pigs together. Too many guinea pigs, period! There were many juveniles with adults. Are they separated by sex? It's super easy for guinea pig females to get pregnant, and they don't have to be full adults to start the breeding cycle.
