We recommend Terry for your next home inspection. He is fantastic! He explains everything in simple terms so you can understand. Super friendly and has many years of experience. He is very thorough with his inspection both inside and outside of the home. We received the inspection report the next day and the photographs included in the report were very clear. We also received a printed copy of the inspection in the mail a few days later which is great to have on hand.
Just had a home inspection done by Terry Best and he did a great job. He was very thorough and informative during the inspection. He gave suggestions and told us what to look for. His inspections reports are easy to read/understand, and with great quality photos. We used Terry for our second home inspection as the first home didn't work out. ( Terry exposed problems with that home so we didn't persue) Second time was just as pleasant.
Worst experience with an inspector I've ever had. Lied about problems in attic space when there were no attic space, all cathedral ceilings. Also made comments about items that he had obviously no experience with. Would not return my calls after I left at least 5 calls and messages. Do not use this man no experience in construction. Was told by numerous realtors that he compromised home sales because of his lack of experience and lies about pest control to get more work from homeowner. amazing service
The inspection service was used prior to the purchase of real estate property. The inspector, Terrance Best, was not thorough, and skewed the potential sale of the property. He documented in the report an issue in an attic space of which he never went into. The report was unprofessional. The pictures on the report showed inaccurate color more than likely from using old equipment that does not work with current technology. Do not use this service! Search a company that documents facts and reports accurate information!
