My mother is 97 and we have used Best PCS home Nurse services before and have never had a problem with the Nurse sent. She was released from the hospital last week and I was told Best PCS would be providing services and I've called them 4 times and left them messages and have yet to receive a response. I know the Nurse they sent before and called him and he has been coming but I can't get a response from the office
