Best Option Restoration deserves 10 stars, but I could only give 5. I have had many contractors doing work at my home over the past several years, but I have never had any company do the outstanding job Steve and his crew did. First of all, I would highly recommend this restoration company. From the owner Steve who is compassionate and prompt in responding to texts and calls, to the two most considerate, honest, respectful young men working in your home….Ricky and Justin. They were hard working, reliable, and gave that extra touch to make sure your room or house is more than perfect…I can’t say enough about this company, the owner, and the two men that cared for our water/mold issue… I wouldn’t use anyone else.

My hunting cabin encountered a major mold contamination. Specifically Best Option Contents was enlisted to save the taxidermy and hunting clothes. Ryan, the owner, made multiple estimates as we decided which objects we wanted to save verses the cost of replacement. I appreciated his thoroughness and and attention to detail as well as his professionalism. All the taxidermy was saved and rehung in their original position. He and his crew did a great job!

***Warning to Homeowners: I hired Best Option Restoration for a job that was submitted to insurance. They repeatedly told me they’ve never had an insurance company deny a claim. However, my insurance company sent the file through two independent third-party reviewers, both of whom agreed with the denial. Had trouble with a water heater leaking that affected the kitchen, livingroom and bathroom. Best Option Restoration came out and took care of all water damage and did a fantastic job with reconstruction. The employees we're very friendly and professional. Great communication, would recommend to family and friends.
