We discovered a faulty valve stem on our Class A RV coming home from a trip thanks to our tire pressure monitoring system. I called Best-One to see if they had mobile services, which they did. They dispatched Steve to our home to make the repair as the RV was not drivable. Steve was extremely knowledgeable, professional, experienced, polite, and a pleasure to deal with. I called to ask whether they had any used trailer tires. The person I spoke with told me they only sell new tires and offered me one option. When I asked if they had a less expensive alternative, he responded, “We are Americans, and this is the only option.” I found the interaction rude and unprofessional. I wasn't asking about anyone's nationality, I was simply asking about tire options and pricing.
Just had Tyler come out amd fix my tires he was very professional and fast service.
You pull in and give direction and rhey get right on you and get you back on the road. Real nice people
