RecommendedHad a brake job done, a week later there was a mechanical malfunction. Long story short, they fixed it , no questions asked, at no additional cost. They stand behind their work. Will be using them in the future.

I needed to replace 2 tires today, called Best One, (Kankakee location) and asked for an estimate. They were awesome on the phone. Two tires, oil change and they double checked everything. The price was outstanding, staff was kind and efficient. This was my first visit to Best One and I will never go anywhere else for service or tires. Recommend to everyone. Great work. I’m beyond impressed.
RecommendedAwesome service! Drove to three places looking for an oil change after work. These guys were very professional and friendly. They were closing within 45 minutes and still took care of me. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends. They went out of their way to thank me for stopping in. You really don’t see that kind of appreciation for my business anymore. I will be back.
