RecommendedCalled them late on a Saturday with a need for new specialty tires all around on a BMW X5. He took the time to walk me through all the possibilities (brand and type). And then set me up for an early Monday appointment. We dropped off the car. They provided us an update, then a call when the car was ready. Hassle Free!!
They were quick and efficient. Will definitely go again if I have any future problems.

I took my truck in for tire rotation and oil change , they inform me also my antifreeze needed to be flush , since it had been a while since this had been done , it was all done in a timely matter
Took a lifted truck in for alignment, all they did was adjust the Toe (aka: straighten the steering wheel). Didn’t even attempt to adjust the caster (centering of the axle) when I told them it had adjustable arms. Didn’t even attempt to correct their wrong when I said something when picking up the truck! I have been in the automotive business for 13+ years, and know the ins and outs! This location will never get my business or recommendation!
Called in today and needed help with a spare tire on my sons suv. I live 6 hours away and was stressed out because it is my sons first day of work as well. Chris went above and beyond to help him out! I couldn’t be more thankful! I’m so grateful for that kind of customer service! I would highly recommend Best One Tire!

Came in today for oil change and my free tire rotation, got home and noticed my tires never got rotated! I know it’s a free service because I got the platinum package when I bought my tires but come on how hard is it to rotate tires? If I knew you wouldn’t do it, I would have!!
