Amazing people...
Great place to buy tires. They care and give quality service.
So Disappointed. After using them for a few years, I received horrible service. Told I didn’t have a scheduled appt that was scheduled in advance. Acted like I was burdening them. I needed a rotation and balanced, lug nut missing, and tire going flat. I bought my tires there, R&B every 6 months. This time I was asked “what for?”. When they were done, they didn’t replace the lug nut. So I had to go back in and was told we don’t have lug nut. WHAT!?! A tire shop. Got me right in for a trailer tire and made time for me on a busy morning.
Big trucks are overlooked, after waiting an hour and a half they just changed my value core which didn't fix the leak, i was blown off by the office when I tried to pay finally had to ask for a ticket after waiting in the office for several minutes.
