Bought a set of Continental tires from here about 7-8 months ago. One of them developed a slight bulge and it was causing a vibration, sent them pictures of it asking to stop by for them to take a look and see about a warranty claim. They made the decision based off a picture that it "definitely" was not a tire defect and wanted me to buy a new tire and have them check my alignment. Was honest and told me I didn't really need an oil change yet. I had them check my tires and they said I would definitely need new ones before winter but no rush. I will be getting them soon from them.
