Their commercial support team is super slow to deploy and dispatchers are indifferent when you ask for an ETA for their team. We're a local business and would have help here faster if we'd of called it in from out of state. Will be looking elsewhere for our commercial trucking needs.

The service was great. Even though they were swamped they checked in with me to let me know my status. The products are good also.
Best customer service I've had anywhere in a long time. SUPER fast, above and beyond service. Took excellent care of me in an last minute situation, wouldn't go anywhere else. Proud to have a place like this in Jackson TN

The staff is always friendly and get everything taken care of in a timely manner. The waiting area is top notch with comfortable seating and free snacks, drinks, and wifi.
