This is above & beyond one of the only local shops I'll trust to do business with. They have always treated me with respect, honesty, & integrity. They don't run scams like other shops, based on gender. For example, Speed Lube, & their bogus dirty air filter tricks. Or "claim" to be the lowest price in town. *COUGH...Belle Tires*. I price compared both on a full set of new tires, installation, & alignment. $250 difference. Ridiculous!! Craig is incompetent and sleazy. Leads with a good price to get you in. He’s the manager but argues about standard manufacturing of vehicles to defend his lack of knowledge. I was charged 4x the quoted amount due to his lack of listening and lack of mechanical knowledge.
We had shackles break on our 5th wheel camper on I-72 just outside of Decatur. Had our camper towed to Best One that evening and they had us fixed and back in our way by 10am the next morning! Would highly recommend!
