Went in for an alignment and oil changed left with about $350 oil change and no alignment even though Craig said the alignment was done… Took my car to farm fleet and had an alignment done with a before and after report… car drives nice and straight unlike the bad business at this place…
This is above & beyond one of the only local shops I'll trust to do business with. They have always treated me with respect, honesty, & integrity. They don't run scams like other shops, based on gender. For example, Speed Lube, & their bogus dirty air filter tricks. Or "claim" to be the lowest price in town. *COUGH...Belle Tires*. I price compared both on a full set of new tires, installation, & alignment. $250 difference. Ridiculous!! Craig is incompetent and sleazy. Leads with a good price to get you in. He’s the manager but argues about standard manufacturing of vehicles to defend his lack of knowledge. I was charged 4x the quoted amount due to his lack of listening and lack of mechanical knowledge.
