In response to the person who SAYS her dogs nipple was cut OFF, I have a hard time believing that!! I have taken my dogs to this shop ever since they opened over 25 years ago and prior to that when the previous owner worked in K.C. The care and concern for the animals was and still is the BEST!! The new owner who has worked there over ten years, and has a excellent background (medicallly) with animals. If something like this would have happened immediate medical attention would have been taken by a veterinary clinic of the o... read more

I would not take my dog back here ever! I picked up my dog and got her home and noticed she had blood on her belly.After examining her I realized they had shaved off one of her nipples. They did not say a word about it. It had to of hurt when they did it. How could they not know. She will not be going back. and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I have a very long haired sheltie and these ladies take the better care of him than any other groomer I have ever used. Kudos to them. He loves going there and is always beautiful when I pick him up. Just because they dont fit in to your schedule is no reason to leave them any negative feedback. They are very loving and caring to the animals and I have never seen them get rude with a customer. They are working ppl just like the rest of us and have lives and families of their own as well. You wouldnt ask a resteraunt or a sto... read more

I give Best of Show Grooming a 5-Star rating because they are a 5-Star group of professional, well-trained, caring, gracious and otherwise outstanding groomers and individuals. I notice there is a review left here that characterizes them otherwise because they close the door when it is their posted closing time. I challenge the woman that wrote this rating to please scrutinize herself as much as she has scrutinized this group of hard-working woman.
