I booked an appointment for 4pm and got there at 4:06pm. The lady turned me away saying I had to reschedule for 6 minutes. Then her and her coworker was laughing like the inconvenience was funny. Just bad customer service all the way around
I wanted to share that I have continued to come to Best of Nails since I wrote my review and stand by what I said. The staff is warm and welcoming, they have taken the effort to learn my preferences and get to know me. They do a consistently high quality job and my gel manis last me the full two weeks (might last longer but at that time, it’s starting to grow out). I truly love this place.
