Best of Health is a great place I had sessions with both Sara and Theresa. I highly recommend both of them. I learned so much and feel so much better after my visits there
Theresa has an amazing personality. However, the therapy didn't work for me, much as I had really high hopes that it would. I had 4 sessions last September. On the 3rd session, one of the movements Theresa made around my upper right leg gave me a sharp pain. Then I got up from the session with this pain in my groin that I could not explain away.
