My mother and have been here for months now, due to lack of proper housing. Regardless; the rooms are older, and some are outdated. However, Brad, the absolutely wonderful handyman here has been working to renew them! New ACs, windows, etc have all been recently installed! The owners are lovely people, and are always a joy to chat with if you pass them outside! The rooms are filled with people who live here fulltime, alike to me and my mother. Start with the good. When we first got there it seemed a bit rundown. We said it was a bed to sleep it and it was fine. The rooms were visually clean and staff was friendly. Onto the bad. Walls are thin. It says no smoking but when people smoke whatever outside it gets sucked into the rooms. On the last day I noticed there was a nice big gap under the door. Plus we found a roach in our bag. Guessing the lack of seal on the door didn't help with that.

this place is in Sparta WI and the man that takes care of cleaning and up keep was vary mean and was yelling at me no pets allowed I ask about service dogs and he told me no if they let me then all pets should be aloud and the dogs stink and make a mess along with making his life hard because he has to clean it up well a real service dog does none of these things and to be told no is it or is it not law they have too accept a dog used for someone that has epilepsy to have a medical devices or a service dog with them someone ... read more
