The staff was very friendly and the shop was very relaxing. I showed my nail tech a picture of what I wanted and he was able to do it. I will definitely return to Best Nails & spa, they were amazing and did what I wanted.

Loved getting my nails done here and how friendly the owners are. I got eyelash extensions too and everything turned out beautifully as the final result. They offer so many different services! Highly recommend.

Kathy has been doing my eye lash extensions, nails pedicures, and waxing for years. Their new facility is beautiful and relaxing. I have gone to some salons with the music and television blaring but it is calm and serene. I am always asked what I want to drink my children are always offered sodas and given free candy bars and they even have an area for the kids to go play. I always enjoy going to Best Nails. I come out feeling and looking like a million bucks!

Best Nails is the by far the best full service nail salon in Odessa and in West Texas. Their facilities are elegant and tranquil. All of their technicians are superior and qualified and always listen and give you exactly what you want. I have been been going here for over a decade as has my entire family. I highly recommend. The negative above is clearly from a competitor because this is not at all the experiences of any of the clients of Best Nails!

The job was decent enough, but no different than anywhere else. The technician left for 10 minutes while my feet were soaking and returned to ask questions about our lives - I was there with someone. Asking to the point that it became meddling. It turned into a group judging and socially ostracizing experience... ahem! For which I am grateful?
