Posted hours not honored. Got here at 5 on a Sunday for a quick brow wax and the door says they're open till 7. Not open at all, lights off, open sign off.

I really hate this place. This is definitely the last straw. I call this place asking if there was availability for a fill and a nail repair in about 10 minutes. (It takes 8 minutes to get there). He said yes. I said ok. See you in 10 minutes. He said ok. I get there and he says u have to wait till 1pm. Now I have to go to work with a broken nail. If there was a minus 1, I would leave it. I started going to this little place that I thought was cute quite less priced in Mini a couple of dollars at least. The manager who is the owner’s mother was pretty friendly in the beginning the longer I started going there the nastier and colder she got never spoke never said hello never offered me snacks and coffee but when other people come in, she would I really don’t know what’s wrong with these cultures that does nails. Had an appointment for 9am. Arrived on time and the nail tech was doing someone elses nails. She told me someone else was coming to do my nails. After ten minutes, I asked when the other tech would be there. She said sometimes the other tech is 10-20 minutes late. I left. I dont understand what the point of making an appointment is. So frustrating.
