When we were on vacation in Florida I went here to get my nails done and I had an amazing experience. Ellie did my nails and she did such a great job. She was very patient, experienced and funny. I would definitely recommend going there if you like getting designs on your nails because they do an excellent job in that category.
I had such a great experience getting my nails done by Ellie! She was super sweet, very friendly, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I absolutely love her work my nails came out amazing and exactly how I wanted them. You can really tell she cares about what she does. Definitely recommend booking with Ellie!
UPDATE: The owner reached out and issued a $25 Zelle refund for the skipped cat-eye effect and my tip. However, management is still claiming I was "charged correctly" because the tech used the raw bottle of polish, completely ignoring that they skipped the actual magnet labor I paid for. They also blamed the missing receipt on a sudden power outage, which completely contradicts what the front desk told me in person. Siri it’s been six years since I had somebody clean my cuticles while doing a fill-in for me. I stumbled upon this salon on my way to Florida mall and it is the best thing that I came upon extremely sanitary. A lot of colors over 2000 colors. Full service waxing as well. Ellie serviced me and she was WONDERFUL 10/10. She never rushed and took her time my set. It’s so big it has a stage as well in the back for a fun time every month.
I went to Best Nail Salon Spa and my experience was 10/10 😍💅 From the moment you walk in, Victor greets you so nicely. He’s very attentive and has amazing customer service, always making sure everyone feels welcomed right away ✨ Ingrid did my nails and she is absolutely amazing 💖 super professional, fast, and so kind. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing because my nails came out beautiful, with such a clean and elegant finish ✨ I will definitely be coming back 🙌 highly recommend 💯
