Cut my toe nail very uneven, but I’m not even worried about that. I’m just upset I went in for a pedicure specifically for a food massage and they didn’t even massage my feet at all :( 🥲 I left VERY unhappy.
I have been coming to Best Nails for 13 years. Quinn and Anna and Hy are professional and welcoming. Whatever the occasion I need to get my nails done for, they are always accommodating. They practice good hygiene requirements and I have always been pleased. If I would like something tweaked a little to my liking, they listen and always make sure I am leaving content. I take all my nieces to Best Nails when they visit from out of state and we have the best time!

Disappointed, went in for a fill on my gel manicure the technician Kim proceeded to remove my entire set of nails, was overly rough, cut my cuticles, burned my nail bed with the drill and I ended up walking out of there with a standard manicure because she did not know what she was doing. I will now have to go to another salon to have the full set redone. There were no apologies from Kim, poor customer service with her. I’ve been going to this salon for years.
