It was one of the worse experiences ever. I chose the $45 pedicure. The guy that did my pedicure and sliced under my pinky toe badly. I told it hurt and stings he acted like I was crazy. Also the package included a 10 minute massage but after he painted my toes he got up and disappeared. This place is the worsted NAIL PLACE IN FAYETTEVILLE!!!! The lady that sits at number booth 17 . Is VERY RUDE ! I have been going to this place to just get pedi. But today I decided to get my nails done . The lady in booth 17 her name is TIA. She’s very very unprofessional. Doesn’t understand ENGLISH THAT WELL. She kept arguing with me . Absolutely terrible. I paid for a $50.00 pedicure and should have done the basic for the service I received! My husband got a mani and pedi and she didn’t even trim his cuticles. I only got a pedicure and we were done at the same time, if that says anything! Totally disappointed with the service and WILL NOT go back EVER again!
I was hoping to leave a nice review when I and some friends first arrived at this Nail Salon. We had the worst experience ever!Customer service was awful.
