Rude disrespectful worker with fake eyelashes
I was disappointed with my experience. The salon was extremely uncomfortable because there was no air conditioning or even fans running, which made the environment unpleasant from the moment I arrived. During my visit, I also felt that the staff lacked professionalism. One employee walked to the back and announced "French pedicure," after which another employee audibly sighed before coming to work on me. Got nails over a month ago and they still look perfect. Tiffany always makes the best sets, I’m STILL getting compliments with grown out Gel X. She was so patient and executes designs better than I could’ve imagined them. Such a beautiful, clean, and welcoming shop! 10/10
As a first time customer i had an issue and reached out to the buisness. they were responsive and very professional. they fixed my nails with no issue or charge. great business practices!
After working an overnight shift I decided to go get a pedicure and my nails to relax before I went home. I decided to try this place because I was getting gas across the street. I called and she said come on in. Walked in everything fine not as organized/clean as most places but seemed good enough. Got called to chair for pedicure but then as water was filling up another girl pulled up beside the chair to do my nails at the same time which would be fine if they did it correctly.
