I love that they stick to their appointments
I went in on a Thursday evening for a simple manicure. By Friday evening, my manicure was shot, already the tips of nail color were gone. Before and during the manicure, the manicurist continued to harass me about gels, kept pushing for me to do gels. Then before she put the color on she pushed me to buy a teeny tiny bottle of nail strengthener for $3!! It was Super annoying. I will never go back. Still mad I paid them for such horrible service and work.
horrible customer service. I had a 9:30 appointment, which is the first appointment available. I sat in the parking lot for 45 MINUTES & still no one was there to open the salon. The parking lot was full of other customers as well. I will never come back again.
