Everything was nice only thing my nails were not cured correctly and top coat has wavy lines. But they are super nice and actually want to make their customers satisfied

I can’t say enough nice things about Best Nails. I have been getting my nails done by Crystie for years and always love them. She uses TAP, which I highly recommend if you want to have strong natural nails. Sheila, Crystie, and the other employees are all very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this salon.

Horrible little place. I came in for a pedi, the lady immediately tried to grab my bag twice. I actually had to pull it out of her hands! She then gave me a fairly deep nick with the Dremel machine she clearly had no idea how to use to take off the gel polish. After the nick she caused the sprayed my nails with alcohol. Yeah, it stung. Ive had extensive back surgeries & cannot move my legs quickly. Grabbing them to put them on the ledge does not help. Unfortunately I did not notice terrible polish application until today. I’ve been going there for years. They are all amazing. I have a slightly handicapped daughter and they are great with her. Our nails, toes are perfect every time.
