This business discriminated my mother today because she was in a wheelchair. The man with the beard said he did not want to be held responsible for a handicapped person. So disrespectful. Please don't support this business. I'm going to find the right place to file my complaint against them. First time ever we were turned away from a nail salon. My niece took my sister (her mother) to get their nails done. They were both going to get manicures. My niece ran in to see if they had any openings and mentioned that her mom was in a wheelchair. The man with the long white beard immediately said NO, they will not accept anyone in a wheelchair! He denied my sister service without even seeing her! Unhygienic - they use the same file over and over. They are reusing the foam toe separators for pedicures. I don't see them sanitize instruments or pedicure bowls.
